Ed Rapp has more than 20 years of executive management, operations, audit, compliance and consulting experience in the telecommunications, banking, and distribution industries – in both entrepreneurial and corporate roles. Areas of expertise include financial and operational audit, regulatory and legal compliance, internal and external fraud investigation, and contractor efficiency and effectiveness assessments. Ed has managed audit, compliance and contractor management functions for Qwest, AT&T Broadband, MediaOne Group, and US West, in Europe, Asia, and North America. He has also been a founding principal in start-up services companies that are continuing and successful businesses.  

 

Ed has performed in multiple roles in the telecommunications, financial services, and product distribution industries. These positions encompass finance, accounting, operations, and regulatory compliance duties. He has lead the external audit practice for a regional public accounting firm and developed and managed its outsourced internal audit practice. Ed has a master's degree in telecommunications management from Webster University, St. Louis, a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado, and is a Certified Internal Control Auditor. 

 

Ed lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver with his wife, daughters, and dogs. They love to travel, hike, camp, and ski together.
